As a next step in my career at Accenture, I took on greater responsibility, spearheading the conceptualization, design, and execution of advanced big data solutions through cross-functional collaboration. Partnering closely with product owners and leadership, I managed comprehensive roadmaps ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. My expertise extends beyond technical analysis; I actively engage in stakeholder management, gathering and synthesizing new feature requirements while fostering strong collaborative relationships. Through mentorship and coaching, I've nurtured team members' technical and interpersonal skills, resulting in a significant increase in overall team competence. Furthermore, I leverage data-driven decision-making by meticulously monitoring performance metrics and financial targets. This data focus has led to reduced service turnaround times, increased operational efficiency, and substantial cost savings.
Leading a collaborative team as a data analyst, I architected and delivered high-impact big data analytics solutions. My focus extended beyond analysis itself, as I spearheaded automated process enhancements to significantly improve the value and precision of client services. Moreover, my experience in incident management allowed me to coordinate teams effectively, implement response plans, and put preventative measures in place, minimizing the risk of future issues.
After finishing my Ph.D., I started a new carrier as a big data analyst at umlaut company. During this time I leveraged my expertise in big data analysis to not only extract meaningful insights and identify patterns from complex datasets, but also design new KPIs based on these findings. This allowed me to translate data into actionable strategies. My leadership skills were instrumental in successfully leading the global rollout of automated data analysis deliveries, ensuring stakeholders receive clear and concise reports summarizing key findings and actionable recommendations.
Since 2017 I'm working in the group of Prof. Dr. Jürgen Horbach at HHU as a Ph.D. student. Our focus during this time has been studying the rheology of Bulk Metallic Glasses (BMG). This has been done by performing extensive Molecular Dynamics computer simulations and analyzing simulation data via Fortran, C++, and Python. In this project, we have studied the effect of deformation on mechanical properties of BMG (by means of elastic constants), and also we identified these effects on vibrational modes of the system and the Boson peak. We also extensively studied the formation and evolution of shear bands in the system. Besides, managing different parallel projects to deliver the desired results at the matching point, supervising undergraduates students for several lectures as a tutor, collaborating with other theoretical and experimental groups from other academies and preparing paper materials for peer-reviewed journals and conferences presentations were also part of my responsibilities.
During these years, while finishing my master studies (M.Sc.) at HHU, I was working as research assistance. I implemented Molecular Dynamics simulations using C++ in order to study the stress formation and relaxation in BMG subjected to shear deformation. This work was then part of my master thesis. Preparing lecture materials and grading student assignments were also part of my responsibilities.
During the time I was working at Final Target Co., my client was Digikala Co., the biggest e-commerce startup in Iran. The project included a complete rebranding, parallel to business expansion.
During this time, I was self-employed and mainly focused on designing and developing websites. SEO (search engine optimization) and e-commerce.
During the time I was working at Farabar Co., my central role was web design and development, multimedia and SEO. Farabar is a full-service web design and development company.
My working career started at OPT. Where I learned the basics of marketing and also started organizing events and leading small projects.
